As the former Commonwealth’s Attorney of Chesterfield County for more than thirty years, I wholeheartedly endorse Erin Barr for the position of Chesterfield Commonwealth's Attorney. Having observed her dedication and passion for justice, I firmly believe that she is the ideal candidate to lead the office.

Throughout her career as a prosecutor, Erin Barr has consistently exhibited an unwavering commitment to upholding the law and seeking justice for victims. Her experience in handling complex cases, coupled with her understanding of the court process, and her empathy for people involved, make her an exceptional choice for this critical role.  Erin will work tirelessly to ensure that the criminal justice system in Chesterfield is balanced and just, reflecting the core values of our community.

I strongly encourage all residents of Chesterfield to support Erin Barr in her bid for this crucial position. With her as Commonwealth's Attorney, we can be confident that our community will  thrive, upheld by the pillars of fairness, justice, and compassion. 

I also must reiterate that the incumbent Commonwealth’s Attorney is no way related to me despite our common last name.  I am hoping voters will not be confused because I do not support the incumbent for re-election.
